Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

We love our products and are confident you will too! That’s why we have a 30-Day Guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your order, we'll give you a refund within 30 days upon delivery and receipt of order.

To initiate a refund, please see the instructions below:

  • Email zilarrcustomerservice@gmail.com or send a message on "Contact Us" page, with your order number and reason/s for refund
  • If you wish to return the item, you are responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the courier of your choice. We will provide you with our return address
  • If you believe that the item was defective or damaged in shipping, we require you to contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue. Kindly include in your email a photo or video showing the defective item

All items have to be unused with labels and packaging intact. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your refund request. We will issue an email confirmation once the refund has been approved and processed. Please note that the total refund amount does not include the shipping fee.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
